By this application, the applicant has sought to delete the name of appellant no.22 and to bring on record the legal representatives of appellant no. 23.

The learned Counsel submits that the applicant no.22 has expired, and that his wife and children have also expired and the other legal heirs are already on record. He therefore seeks leave to pps

The learned Counsel for the applicant further seeks leave to bring the legal representatives of appellant no.23 on record. He submits that the application for bringing legal representatives on record is filed within time. Leave granted.
