We are of the opinion that it would be appropriate for the Petitioner to pursue appropriate remedies and to pursue the contempt petition considering the nature of the directions as issued in the paragraph No.7 of order dated 7th April, 2022 passed by this Court in Contempt Petition No.197 of 2020.
