The Petitioners challenge the order where a document has been exhibited by the learned City Civil Court Judge. The scope of Article 227 of the Constitution of India is settled. It is not to be invoked for correcting every error of the subordinate Court. The argument of the Petitioners regarding the proof and admissibility of this document is expressly kept open. In view of this position, no further orders are required to be passed.
