Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. 2) Applicant herein is appellant in Criminal Appeal No. 102 of 2016. This is an application seeking temporary bail on the ground of marriage of younger brother of the applicant which is scheduled on 28/03/2016 at Uralgaon Phata, Taluka Shirur, District Pune.

3) Learned APP submits that he has verified about the genuineness of prayer for temporary bail, however, it is submitted that the applicant has criminal antecedents and that there are 7 more cases pending against him in different courts.

4) Taking into consideration the fact that the younger brother of the ism

2 905.380.16 appa applicant is getting married, this Court is inclined to grant temporary bail on humanitarian grounds without going into the merits of the matter. 5) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that while on temporary bail, applicant will cause his appearance before Shirur Police Station, everyday, except 28/03/2016 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and that he will surrender before jail authorities on 30/03/2016 before 5.00 p.m. 6) In view of this, following order.

O R D E R

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant be enlarged on temporary bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount. (iii) Applicant shall report to Shirur Police Station from 24/03/2016 to 27/03/2016 and 29/03/2016 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon. (iv) Applicant shall surrender before jail authorities on 30/03/2016 before 5.00 p.m.

(v) Application stands disposed of.
