The Petitioner submits that an application has been filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 65th Court at Andheri in Crime No. 273 of 2016 seeking return of articles including documents, which are in the custody of Vile Parle Police Station. The said articles include the driving license, the passport, the education certificates and ornaments. The matter is mutually settled between the applicant and her husband. 2.
Grievance is that though the application was filed on 19th October, 2016, the Trial Court had still not decided the said
Prs 2 2 appln 151-17-cr application. The next date of hearing before the Trial Court is 24th March, 2017.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the issue of the release of documents pertaining to her education qualification needs to be expeditiously dealt with, since any delay in handing over the educational certificates to the Applicant would result in the cancellation of her admission and which would cause a grave hardship to her. 4.
Considering the above and the next date of hearing before the Trial Court being 24th March, 2017, the Trial Court is directed to decide the issue of the return of educational certificates within a period of one week and the remaining prayers made in the said Application dated 19th October, 2016 with regard to return of ornaments and all other articles would be decided within a period of four weeks. 5.
The Application is disposed of accordingly.
