ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, JJ DATED: 29th March, 2016 P.C.:- The learned Advocate for the Applicant brought to our notice the order dated 2nd March 2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Appeal No.222 of 2015 wherein it was directed that the hearing of the appeal is expedited and when the paper books are received the the appeal is to be added to the final hearing board. The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that despite the order dated 2nd March, 2015 though the paper books are ready the appeal has not been added to the final hearing board. He further submitted that the Applicant is about 64/65 years of age and he is suffering from almost 50% disability as he is suffering from Megha 1/2

8_appa 381 paralysis.

Looking to the fact that the paper books are ready and in view of the order dated 2nd March, 2015 the appeal be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 18.4.2016. 3.

The application is allowed in above terms.
