Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. This writ petition has been filed, seeking direction to Respondent No. 1 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 29th November, 2018 as expeditiously as possible. Perused the said representation, annexed at Exhibit "H" to the petition. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition directing Respondent No. 1 to decide the said representation of the Petitioner with speaking order within a period of 4 weeks from today, if the same has not yet been disposed of.
