The Petitioner has an alternate efficacious remedy either to file complaint under Section 200 or application under Section 156(3) of the Criminal Procedure Code. In view of the judgment of the Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu Vs. State of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2008) 2 SCC 409, the Petition is rejected by relegating the Petitioner to the alternate remedy available in law.
