The parties have settled their dispute amicably and filed consent terms dated 10th July, 2015, which read as follows:- "4. (a) That it is agreed by and between applicant and respondent that the applicant and respondent will consent for dissolution of marriage.

(b) it is agreed and confirmed that on this Divorce the appellant and respondent shall not have any right, title and interest upon each other and further appellant has relinquished, her right, title and interest in respect of her permanent alimony maintenance for past, present and future.

(c) it is agreed by and between that the applicant as

well as the respondent agreed that the applicant will settle the dispute and withdraw all allegation and proceeding. (d) The appellant had received all streedhan and all articles including ornaments (Gold, Silver) which was received by her at the time of marriage and no further and / or any claim is pending between the parties i.e. applicant and respondent.

(e) That both the parties hereto have signed these present after fully understanding the contents hereof without any coercion, force, pressure, fraud and / or undue influence anywhere at any time or otherwise. (f) It is agreed and confirmed that the applicant will not claim any right, title and interest if any arrived in properties and / or in any ways arrived due the said matrimonial relation.

(g) It is agreed and confirmed that the appellant and respondent have relinquished their right, title and interest if any arrived due the said matrimonial relation. (h) The appeal may be decreed in terms of these Consent Terms.

(i) All interim proceedings stand disposed off in terms of these Consent Terms.

(j) Parties confirm that they have no claim of whatsoever nature against each other."

The consent terms are signed by the parties along with their respective counsel. The consent terms dated 10th July, 2015 are

taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

The appellant and the respondent both are present in the Court. On specific query made by us, they stated that they have gone through the consent terms and understood the contents therein and they have no objection if the appeal is allowed in terms of the consent terms.

Therefore, appeal is allowed in terms of the consent terms dated 10th July, 2015. Decree be drawn accordingly. (ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.) ( RANJIT MORE, J.)
