P.C.:- This is an Application for deleting the name of Petitioner No.1/4 from the cause title of Writ Petition. It is stated that, the Petitioner No.1/4 expired on 31st December, 2019 and has no legal heirs or representatives since he was unmarried. The present Application is filed within a period of limitation. Mr. Jadhav, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.2 to 9 has no objection in allowing the present Application. In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment in the Writ Petition be carried out forthwith.
