The applicant seeks relaxation of the condition, subject to which he was released on bail, which required him to report to the police station.

Initially, on 23/01/2013, he was directed to report to the police station on every Sunday. On 20/01/2015, the order was modified by directing him to attend the police station on first Sunday of every month.

Learned A.P.P., does not dispute that the applicant has attended the police station as directed and, it is also apparent from the attendance issued to him by the concerned Investigating Officer, which is placed on record. Since the charge is framed and now the trial is in progress, his attendance once a month can also be relaxed. In the wake of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
