The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 64 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. 2.

Today when the above matter is called out, none have appeared on behalf of the Applicant. The advocate for the Respondent is present in Court. Even though the advocate for the Applicant has not appeared, we have perused the Application for condonation of delay. We are satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. 3.

In these circumstances, the delay is condoned and the Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. 4.

The Registry is now directed to number the above Family Court Appeal subject to the Appellant removing any other office objections, if raised by the Registry.

Place the above Family Court Appeal on board for admission on 27th October, 2023.

A copy of this order shall be served by the advocates for the Respondent on the advocates for the Appellant on or before the next date.
