This Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 19th December, 2001 passed by the learned IX Additional District Judge, Pune in Misc. Civil Application No. 962 of 2000 thereby rejecting the application for condonation of delay of 275 days in filing the Appeal. The Appeal has been filed against the fixation of rateable value.

When the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
