This writ petition is mentioned for speaking to the minutes. It is agreed between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1, who are parties to the original consent terms, which were taken on record by this Court on 23 June 2016, that the figures of the pay scale mentioned in clause-(b) of the consent terms dated 23 June 2016, are not correct and the correct figures should be "Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/-". Accordingly, the consent terms dated 23 June 2016, which were taken on record and in terms of which the petition was disposed of, shall be corrected by substituting figures "Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/-", appearing in clause-(b) of the consent

Chittewan 2/2 P1.WP 6993 of 2016.doc terms, with the figures "Rs.9,300/- to Rs.34,800/-". The original consent terms filed in the Court shall be, accordingly, corrected and initialled by the parties and their respective Advocates within a period of one week from today.
