This is an application seeking stay to the execution of the impugned order and judgment dated 25th July, 2017 passed by Motor KSG 1/2

51-FA-147-2019.doc Accident Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.772 of 2017. Learned Counsel points out that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited and there is an interim stay on the execution and therefore stay application may be disposed of. 2.

Having heard the learned Counsel and having perused the application as well as the record let the stay continue till the final disposal of the Appeal.
