None appears for the petitioner. None appeared for the petitioner on 9.10.2017. However, interim relief was continued only till today. In view of this, the interim relief granted vide order dated 20.8.2015 stands vacated. 2.

Stand over to 20.12.2017."

2] Even today, the same position continues therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

3] It is necessary to note that the interim order in this petition was already vacated by the aforesaid order dated 28th November 2017.
