Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, the Petitioners are challenging the order dated 8th March, 2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in RTS Revision No.113 of 2015.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.2, 3, 4 and 9 raised an objection about maintainability of Writ Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India as an alternate efficacious remedy is available to Petitioner.

Considering the objection raised by the Respondent, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding to challenge the order dated 08th March, 2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. Same is accepted. 6.

Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
