DATED : 3 MARCH 2023 P.C. :- The Sessions Court by order dated 17 June 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No. 3139 of 2021 granted bail to the present applicant subject to, inter alia, the following condition:

"(c) The applicant shall not leave Pune City without the prior permission of Court."

By the present application the prayer is made to relax the said condition.

The learned counsel for the applicant has tendered on record the letter issued by the Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India dated 3 November 2021. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. It appears from the letter that bank has received the amount which is subject matter of the crime in question.
