1] Heard learned counsel for the appellants as also learned AGP for respondent no. 1 on civil application no. 936 of 2017 which is an application seeking permission to bring legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 10 on record. A prayer has also been made to correct the surname of appellant no. 10 and her legal heirs. 2] Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, for the present we are inclined to allow the prayer only 1/2

skc 2 13-CAF-936-17.sxw to the extent of bringing the legal heirs of deceased appellant no. 10 on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. As regards the prayer to change the surname of appellant no. 10 and her legal heirs, the same will be considered at the time of final hearing of the appeal.
