The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the subject FIR i.e. CR No.2/2024 registered with Gorai Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354 and 509 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been quashed by the Division Bench in Criminal Writ Petition No.949 of 2024 in view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties.

In view of the above, nothing survive. The application stands disposed.
