No. '556/ 2013' has been erroneously typed instead of C.R. No. '565 of 2013'. The correct Number is '565 of 2013'. 1/2

ssm 2 501-ba553.16gp.doc Likewise, on page No. 3, paragraph 5(a) in line No.3, the words 'registered with Mulund Police Station, Bhiwandi, Dist. Thane' have been erroneously typed instead of 'investigated by E.O.W., Mumbai'.

After replacing the said words, the para No.5(a) would read as under- "5.a) The applicant be released on bail in C.R. Nos. 131/2013, 56/2013, 96/2013 and 92/2013 respectively originally registered with Mulund Police Station and investigated by E.O.W., Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- in each case with one or more separate solvent local sureties in the like amount."

Preacipe dated 8th August, 2018 is accordingly disposed off.
