We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned APP. Perused the record.

We find it appropriate to direct the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 26th Court, at Borivali (West), Mumbai to dispose of the case arising out of FIR No.380 of 2011 for offences punishable under Sections 354 and 509 of Indian Penal Code, as expeditiously as possible. All issues on merits are kept open. The registry to transmit this order forthwith to the Trial Court.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly with above directions. No order as to costs.
