The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.1c. Appellant No.1c passed away on 25th November 2021 and the Interim Application is taken out on 10th March 2022. Due to Covid-

82-IA-2146-2022.doc 19 pandemic, the Supreme Court had suspended the limitation period from 15th March 2020 till 28th February 2022. Therefore, there is no delay in filing the Interim Application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days from today.
