The civil application is taken out for bringing legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No.1 on record. Petitioner No.1 expired on 21st March, 2013, and the present application is filed in the month of March, 2016. There is some delay in filing the civil application. However, the prayer for condonation of the same is made. In the facts and circumstances of the case, in our opinion, sufficient case for condonation of delay is made.
