This is a successive bail application. On 3.12.2014, this Court had rejected the application on merits.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the course of hearing of Criminal Application No. 2558 of 2014, on 3.12.2014, the learned APP had made a statement that charge would be framed in the near future and till today, charge is not framed and therefore a fresh application has been filed.

The learned APP, upon instructions, submits that the date for framing of charge is scheduled on 29.7.2015. Hence, the application need not be considered on merits.

Application stands dismissed.
