Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following Order is passed by consent :

i.

The impugned Order dated 22nd July, 2016 passed by the Member, Industrial Court, Maharashtra at Satara is set aside. ii.

The Industrial Court No. 1, Pune shall hear Revision (ULP) No. 36 of 2011 afresh and dispose of the same at the earliest preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of this Order.

Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Industrial Court No. 1, Pune on 15th December, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. and after producing a copy of this Order, shall obtain necessary directions.

The Industrial Court No. 1, Pune shall not grant adjournment to either side unless absolutely necessary.

v.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. vi.
