The appellant herein has challenged the order dated 20 th March, 2015 whereby the learned Judge had refused to grant adinterim relief in the motion filed in L.C.Suit No. 770 of 2015. 2.

By order dated 26 th March, 2015 this Court had directed the parties to maintain status quo. The said order is continued till date. Mr. Sabrad, the learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the motion is fixed for hearing on 19 th June, 2018.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, both parties are pps

33 ao 558-15.doc directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit structure till disposal of the notice of motion.

The learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the motion as expeditiously as possible, and in any event within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

In view of the above, appeal stands disposed of. Civil application stands disposed of in view of disposal of the appeal from order.
