1) This is an application through jail. Applicant is accused in Sessions Case No. 109 of 2014 pending before 42nd Court, Mumbai. Applicant has prayed for separating the trial with other accused since he is in custody whereas other accused are on bail.

2) The learned APP has placed on record the report which shows that there are 9 witnesses in the present case out of which two have been examined. It would not be appropriate to consider the prayer in the midst of trial. ism
