(Court No.1), Thane on 26th July, 2021 and the same has been numbered as R.C.C.No.3076/2021. 2) In view thereof, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
