By this First Appeal, the Appellants - Original Claimants are challenging the judgment and award dated 30th June, 2016 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Original Application No. 1239 of 2011, by which the Appellants' claim petition stands dismissed. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellants, and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellants have made out a case for following order.

ORDER

(A) Admit.

(B) Printing dispensed with.
