By this civil application, the Applicants - Original Claimants are seeking condonation of 28 days' delay in filing the First Appeal, challenging the judgment and award dated 30th June, 2016 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Original Application No. 1239 of 2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants, and the averments made in the civil application, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing this civil application.
