Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. 3.

The learned Counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has been in custody since three and half years and charge has yet not been framed. In the circumstances, the learned Counsel seeks a direction for time bound trial.

Having regard to the period of incarceration, it may be expedient to request the learned Sessions Judge seized with 1/2

907-BA964-2024.DOC Sessions Case No.453 of 2021 arising out of CR No.1400 of 2020, to commence and conclude the trial in Sessions Case No.453 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible. 5.

In the event, the trial is not concluded within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order, the applicant shall have the liberty to revive the prayer for bail. 6.

Application stands disposed.
