This is an Application made by the Appellant Accused No.4 for suspension of sentence and for grant of bail. The present Applicant has been penalized to suffer death sentence for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with Section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Apart from the fact that the death sentence has been granted, prima facie, there is a sufficient evidence on record to show the complicity of the Applicant. Hence, the Application is rejected. (A.S.
