The application dated 02.03.2017 filed by the petitioner mentions vague, general and insufficient allegations against the jail staff. 2.

Be that as it may, learned APP has submitted a report dated 16.06.2022 which states that the petitioner was transferred to Yerwada Central Prison on 02.04.2021.

In view thereof, the grievance of the petitioner does not subsist. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
