The learned counsel for the applicant submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 16 December 2022, the applicant has deposited the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (in words Five Lakhs) with the trial Court, however, due to unavoidable circumstances, the applicant could not deposit the said amount within the period mentioned in the said order. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the period mentioned in the order dated 16 December 2022 shall stand extended till the date of deposit made by the applicant before the concerned Court.
