This Application is for fixing early date of hearing of the present appeal on the ground that the Applicant is a senior citizen and is not keeping well. The learned counsel for the Applicant relies on earlier orders passed by this court dated 17/04/2008, 14/08/2008, 01/08/2013 and 03/02/2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the Basavraj G Patil 1/2

1322.15-caf averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

i) Office is directed to place the First Appeal on board for final hearing in the week commencing from 15/06/2015 as per its turn, in the matters pertaining to senior citizen.

ii) Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
