DATED : 3 MARCH 2023 P.C. :- The learned APP on instructions submits that the trial has commenced. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 13 August 2019, the trial court shall endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
