The limited grievance of the petitioner in his application dated 28.02.2017 is that he was not produced before the trial Court for four months.

Considering the passage of time, it would be probable that the petitioner would have been produced before the trial Court. However, in the event if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the concerned competent authority shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law. 3.

With the above directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.
