By the present appeal, the appellant has impugned Order dated 26th February 2019 passed in Notice of Motion No. 604 of 2019 in S.C. Suit No. 458 of 2019, refusing to grant ad-interim relief in favour of the appellant.

The record indicates that, by an Order dated 15th March 2019, this Court has directed the parties herein to maintain status-quo in respect of the suit property as of 15th March 2019. The record further indicates that, the Notice of Motion No. 604 of 2019 is riped for hearing. 1/2

In view thereof, till the Trial Court decides Notice of Motion No. 604 of 2019, ad-interim relief granted by this Court by its Order dated 15th March 2019 in para 4 clause (III) to remain in force. 4.

Appeal is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 5.
