The petitioner through his application / petition dated 03.02.2017 seeks transfer from Nashik Central Jail or release on bail. 2.

Considering the passage of time, both the aforesaid reliefs cannot be granted in the writ petition. However, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the competent authority in accordance with law and in case such application is made in respect of the aforesaid two reliefs, the same shall be considered and disposed of the by the competent authority / jail authority as expeditiously as possible. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 3.
