The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that the trial pertaining to CR No.181/2016 registered with Dongri Police Station, Mumbai now culminated into RCC No.1093 of 2016 has already commenced and two material witnesses have been examined by the prosecution. She therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court if trial arising out of said CR No.181/2016 registered with Dongri Police Station does not conclude within a period of 6months from today. 2.

Application is disposed off accordingly.
