By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent No.1 to transfer the investigation of C.R. No.534 of 2018 to any other authority/agency.

On the last date, learned APP had submitted that chargesheet in the said case was filed on 6th March 2019 as against one Jignesh Shah; supplementary charge-sheet on 9th July 2019 as against Darpan Shah; and, the second supplementary charge-sheet on 8th April N. S. Chitnis 1/2

Today, the learned APP states that charge has also been framed in the said case.

Considering the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
