Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order arises out of order condoning delay in review application filed for review of the order dismissing application under section 14 (1) (J-5) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 and he submits that further proceedings of review application was stayed by this Court. 2.

He further submits that the dispute arises out of election held on 23rd April 2015. Hence due to passage of time the petition as well as the pending review application are rendered infructuous. 3.
