Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having gone the averments in the petition, it is clear that the petitioner is seeking relief on the basis of the Full Bench Judgment of this Court passed in Arun V. Sonone vs. State of Maharashtra - 2015 (1) Mh.L.J. 457. 2] It has not been disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said Full Bench Judgment of this Court has been overruled by the Supreme Court in Chairman and Managing Director FCI and ors. vs. Jagdish B. Bahira and ors. (Civil Appeal No. 8928 of 2015 decided on 6th July 2017). In the circumstances, no relief as claimed in the petition can be granted. As a result, this petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
