By the order impugned, the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune has allowed the application filed by the respondent No.1 at Exhibit 10 in Appeal No.34 of 2023. The operative part of the order impugned reads thus :

"1) Application Exh.10 in appeal No.34/2023 is partly allowed.

2) Ad-interim status quo/stay granted to Suo moto Inquiry No./ M.A. No.72/2023.

3) Ld. ACC-II is hereby directed not to appoint any person as first board of trustee till decision of stay application Exh.5.

4) Matter be fixed on day-to-day hearing till decision of Exh.5.

5) Issue notice to the respondents asking as to why relief granted shall not be confirmed.

6) No order as to costs."

It appears that stay application is still pending. I am therefore not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune shall however, endevour to dispose of the stay application and the appeal, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
