This is an application for setting aside order dated 14.2.2018 passed in Criminal Application No. 395/2017 and for restoring the said application on file. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the said Criminal Application No.395/2017 was in fact filed for cancellation of bail of the in­laws of the first informant and the same was not heard on the same day. He submitted that ABA No.1179/2017 preferred by the Page-1/2

28-appp-271-18 husband of the informant was rejected by this Court by Order dated 14.2.2018. He therefore, submitted that the said application be restored to the file.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents vehemently opposed the application.

However, in view of the above, and the facts mentioned in the application, the said order is recalled and Criminal Application No.395/2017 is restored to the file. 4.
