Mr. Anbhule, the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3-University makes a statement that the approval has been given to the appointment of Petitioner as full time lecturer in subject Zoology. The approval to the appointment is accorded effective from 20th April 2012. He placed on record communication sent by the University to the General Secretary of Mahatma Gandhi Vidyamandir, Nashik, being the letter dated 31st March 2016. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that in view of the above, grievance of the Petitioner as raised in this petition stands redressed. In the circumstances, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and the same is therefore dismissed.

In view of the disposal of main writ petition, civil application, taken out in this writ petition does not survive and the same is accordingly dismissed.
