Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased org.plaintiff Shivaji Nana Jadhav who expired on 7.12.2015. Advocate Ms.S.D.Ghaisas submits that she received instruction to appear on behalf of legal heirs of deceased org.plaintiff. She undertakes to file her Vakalatnama on behal of them.

Same is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as advocate for legal Mohite 1/2

11 cac200-16 heirs have no objection to allow the present Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

a) Delay in preferring the Civil Application is condoned.

b) Abatement is set aside.

c) Applicant is permitted to bring legal heirs on record of deceased org.plaintiff Shivaji Nana Jadhav in Civil Revision Application No.304 of 2014 and pending Civil Application if any within one week from today.

d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
