The petition is filed seeking direction to the Commissioner of Police to investigate and submit the illegalities and crime committed by the Developer. 3.

The grievance made in the petition is about redevelopment project under SRA scheme and, therefore, the petitioner has an alternate remedy to approach the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee under Section 35 of the Slums Act, 1971.

In the above circumstances, we dispose of the petition while granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Apex 1/2
