In terms of the order dated 10th April 2017, now the process has commenced for establishment of Court Complex at Bhiwandi. Mere initiation of process is not enough, but the work should progress.

We direct the respondent Authorities that the Court Complex must be established as expeditiously as possible, but not later than two years.
